The Information Hub

​Drop - in service 

You are welcome to visit the Information Hub from 9 to 11am every wednesday in the first floor in Rana library. Drop - in is an informal visit without having to schedule an appointment with us. You can drop - in for general questions and requests about information and guidance, but you can also have a short talk with us if you need it. 

Book an appointment 

It is necessary to book an appointment with us if you need individual information and guidance about your relocation and settlement journey. You can book an appointment with us by using our official contact information.

Free of charge 

The Information Hub is a public service under development which is free of charge for international newcomers. This means that it does not cost anything to drop - in for a visit or to book an appointment with us. 

Information guidance 

The Information Hub provides guidance about public and official information on a national, regional, and local level, where we empower newcomers with necessary knowledge to relocation and settlement journeys. We do not provide case management in terms of specific carework for users since we do not have the official authority to do it. Our main goal is to give users directions when in need of contact points in their own relocation and settlement journeys. 

Welcome letter 

Have you recently relocated to Mo i Rana? Are you planning and preparing to relocate to Mo i Rana in the near future? The Welcome letter is a newsletter to international newcomers who are relocating or have recently relocated to Mo i Rana. The Welcome letter give a short description about becoming a member of the international community in Mo i Rana. Contact the Information Hub to receive the Welcome letter!
